Supply Chain Manager for the successful Kiviks Musteri – Kivik

Are you a “hands-on” leader with an analytical mind and a strategic eye? Are you ready to take on the responsibility for the Supply Chain team at the renowned and successful Kiviks Musteri? Then you should read on! As Supply Chain Manager, you will be offered an interesting key role where you work both operationally in the team while leading and developing your team. This is a new role, and you will report to the Supply Chain Director.

In your role, you will be responsible for leading, driving, and developing the Supply Chain department and the processes related to forecasting, planning, procurement, and order management. You will initiate and implement development/improvement projects across the entire area of responsibility, benefiting the entire company. The role also includes personnel responsibility for 7 employees. We are looking for someone who wants to be where the action is and who has the respect for the “craft” needed to understand and optimize the processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, drive, and follow up on the department and ensure balanced inventory levels in relation to demand and season
• Ongoing tasks and analyses related to the area of responsibility
• Maintenance of M3
• Be responsible for and develop and optimize routines within the Supply Chain area in our operational system based on FSSC 22000 and ISO 14001
• Budget responsibility
• Identify and drive projects through continuous improvements to deliver cost savings and/or efficiencies

Your background:

You have several years of experience in a similar position, probably within the food industry / FMCG. An educational background in Supply Chain/Logistics is advantageous but not a requirement. We believe you have a good understanding of and experience in operational work in the area (e.g., production planning, forecasting, etc.). Furthermore, you have at least a couple of years of leadership experience with personnel responsibility. You have excellent skills in Excel and speak and write fluently in Swedish and English. Knowledge of M3 is advantageous.

You have a strong analytical ability with an understanding of operational work – “a builder.” You are a meticulous, structured, and self-driven person who is good at building relationships and trust. A confident and clear leader who can engage and motivate their employees. You pitch in where needed and have the ability to see both the details and the big picture.

About the position:

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with the possibility to work from home 1–2 days/week. Start date by agreement.
